I think it's one of the better zombie movies, and definitely one of the best zombie sequels we've seen outside of the of the dead franchise. Directed by juan carlos fresnadillo, who takes over from 28 days. With 28 days later being made on such a small budget there were no digital special effects, but 28 weeks later relies on them a lot for some of the grander moments and big environment shots of a destroyed and unpopulated london. Parents need to know that this sequel to the zombie horror fest 28 days later is at least as scary and disturbing as the original.
